Common questions

• Manage or cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play — manage or cancel them in your Apple or Google account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the current period ends.
• Restore a purchase. In the app, open the subscription screen and tap "Restore Purchase".
• Delete your account or data. In the app, go to Profile → Delete account, or email us and we'll remove your account, characters, photos and library.
• Trouble creating a character or story. Email us a short description of what happened and we'll investigate.
